YDM Unstoppable ("the app"), operated by YDM Thailand, aggregates chat messages and comments from Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts linked to your account. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

2. Data we collect

• App account: email, password (stored hashed), and name provided at registration
• Meta connection: page access tokens, page names, linked Instagram Business account info
• Content from Meta: chat messages, comments, sender/author names, and metadata sent via webhooks
• Technical data: system logs (e.g. webhook logs) for troubleshooting and security

3. How we use data

• Authenticate you and provide the app
• Display chats and comments from pages/IG you connected
• Check token and permission status for Meta connections
• Improve security and service performance

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) under Meta's policies and hosting/database providers required to operate the app.

5. Storage and security

Page access tokens are encrypted at rest. Data is isolated per user (multi-tenant) — each user only sees pages they connected.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your app account by contacting your administrator. Disconnect Facebook pages from the "Connect FB/IG" menu in the app.
