1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using YDM Unstoppable ("the app"), operated by YDM Thailand, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

The app is an internal tool that aggregates chat messages and comments from the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you connect, so your team can view and reply to them in one place.

3. Accounts and eligibility

Accounts are provided by your organization's administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account, and you must only connect Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you are authorized to manage.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the app only for lawful business purposes and in line with your organization's policies
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other users or organizations
• Do not misuse, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app or its infrastructure
• Do not use the app to send spam or content that violates Meta's policies

5. Meta platform and third-party services

The app relies on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) APIs. Your use of connected Meta features is also subject to Meta's terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, limitations, or outages of third-party services.

6. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the app you also acknowledge that policy.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, YDM Thailand is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
